We will do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced, and shipped within 5-7 days.

CAN I SHIP TO CANADA: We have shipped to Canada, however, the border fees will need to be covered by you, the customer, and cannot be estimated until you are contacted by Border Control.

WHAT IS THE POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:  Your item should only need to be returned due to shipping damage at which point we may request the item returned to use and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preferences. We will provide a refund or a charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact us at mo.mndscraftersandpaintings@gmail.com. There is a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER: Unless your order has already gone into production, you can cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND: Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days pending a return item or other circumstance.
