  • Because each item is individually handcrafted, some variances
    from photos will occur.
  • Our products carry our warranty against defects.
Refunds
  • Refund (minus shipping charges)
    or exchanges may be made within
    10 days of purchase with prior
    approval.
  • Non-warranty returned
    merchandise will be charged a 10%
    restocking fee. Shipping is not
    refunded.
  • Please contact us for return
    authorization.
  • Merchandise must be returned in
    original condition.
  • Custom designed items are not
    returnable.
Shipping Information
  • "In-stock" items will be shipped in 2-4 weeks of receipt of payment. (Will wait
    10 days for personal checks to clear).
  • Not all items can be shipped and arrangements must be made for either delivery
    or pick up.
  • Any shipping damage claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please
    keep all packing materials for inspection by shipper.
  • Sorry, no orders accepted outside of the continental United States.
Product Ordering
  • Prices will be forwarded upon contact
    request and are subject to change without
    notice.
  • Once entered into a verbal or written order
    contract, a reasonable amount of building
    time will be set for completion of the
    product, as well as, pick up or delivery date.
  • Should the buyer fail to pick up the product
    on scheduled date, MnD's Crafters will
    hold the item for 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours the item will be placed on
    the resale list and buyer forfeits any deposit
    submitted.
